Sutter Health is being sued for negligence and other allegations of theft of computer center in mid-October, Sutter Medical Foundation that lasts more than 4 million patient information.

Class action suit was filed Monday on behalf of the plaintiff Karen Pardieck Folsom in Sacramento Superior Court, alleges that the Sacramento based health networks in maintaining computer fails and the data and then not tell the millions of patients whose data is lost in the time required by the laws of the State.
